PRICING
Every price in one place.
All prices are in US dollars and, except for the monthly MeshServerWatch option, cover one year. Every product starts with a 30-day trial of the paid edition — no card, no account, no email address. A licence key is verified on your own machine against a public key built into the application, so activation is offline and an outage on our side cannot stop your monitoring.
BUNDLES
If you want more than one of them
Most networks need more than one of these. The bundles cost less than buying the same products separately, and they are the configurations we can actually support well.

How a bundle is delivered. Each product verifies its own licence key, so a bundle arrives as one key per product in a single email. That step is done by hand today, which means a bundle order is answered within one business day rather than instantly. We would rather say that than automate it before it is worth automating.

GETTING STARTED
Setup help, if you want it
Optional, scoped, and quoted before anything starts: initial setup, alert rules reviewed against your own traffic, and a walkthrough for whoever will be operating it. $300 to $1,000 as a one-off, depending on how many devices and sites are in scope. If your setup turns out to be straightforward, we will say so and you will not need it.
BEFORE YOU BUY
The things a purchasing department asks
Currency and billing. Prices are in US dollars. Card payments are processed by Stripe, and your bank converts at its own rate on the day — your statement may show a local-currency amount that differs slightly from the figure here. Annual licences renew automatically, and a monthly MeshServerWatch subscription renews every month; you can cancel or change the card yourself from the receipt Stripe emails you, or write to us and we will do it.
Refunds. Charges are generally non-refundable — use the 30-day free trial to evaluate a product on your own network before you buy. The exceptions are where the law requires a refund, and a refund request for a billing error submitted within 14 days of the charge that we approve; see the Terms of Use.
Invoices and quotes. Write to support@meshwatch.app with the products, the device count and your company details, and you will get a quote you can submit internally, and an invoice on purchase. Tax treatment varies by country — ask before you buy rather than after.
What a licence covers. One key covers macOS, Windows and Linux for the product it was bought for. The key carries its own expiry and is checked offline, and what happens when it expires depends on whether the product has a free tier. SyslogWatch, CertWatch, ConfigWatch and TrafficWatch fall back to their free tier — they keep monitoring, within the free limits above. DeviceWatch, TrapWatch, MeshServerWatch and MeshWatch Central have no free tier: they stop collecting new data until a licence is entered or renewed. MeshServerWatch is licensed per server: when its seats run out, only a newly added server is refused — a server already reporting is never cut off. The same applies when the 30-day trial ends. In every case the data you have already collected stays yours and stays readable; nothing is deleted to enforce a plan.
Support. Email support in English, Japanese, Korean and Chinese, at support@meshwatch.app. First reply within two business days, Monday to Friday. That is a commitment we can keep, not an aspiration — if you need a faster contractual response time, say so in a quote request and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.
Windows code signing. The Windows installers are Authenticode-signed and timestamped, and the macOS builds are signed and notarised. The Windows certificate is new, so SmartScreen may still show a warning on first run until it has built reputation. If that is a blocker for your organisation, tell us.
